Your personal trainer serves as coach, educator, and accountability partner, ensuring you perform exercises with proper form to maximize results and prevent injury. Each session is designed to challenge you appropriately based on your current fitness level while progressively advancing toward your goals. The personal training experience begins with a comprehensive assessment to establish your baseline and identify specific objectives. What You Need to Know

Your personal training journey begins with a comprehensive assessment of your current fitness level, goals, and any limitations. Your trainer will then design a customized program that evolves as you progress. Each session includes warm-up, targeted exercises, and cool-down, with continuous feedback and adjustments.

Comfortable workout clothes, supportive athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a small towel. Your trainer will provide all necessary equipment and may recommend specific items based on your program.

Personal training sessions are available 7 days a week from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Sessions can be booked as 45, 60, or 90-minute blocks. We recommend 2-3 sessions per week for optimal results, but your trainer will help determine the best frequency for your goals.
