Class Description
Our Sculpt Pilates classes blend classical Pilates principles with contemporary techniques to create a comprehensive workout that strengthens, lengthens, and balances the entire body. With a strong emphasis on core activation, proper alignment, and controlled, precise movements, this method transforms how your body looks, feels, and performs. Each session focuses on building a strong foundation through the powerhouse (core, lower back, hips, and glutes) while systematically working all muscle groups. The deliberate, mindful nature of Pilates creates an awareness of how your body moves through space, improving coordination and preventing injuries in daily life and other physical activities. Unlike high-impact workouts, Pilates is gentle on the joints while still providing effective resistance training. The method is adaptable to all fitness levels and particularly beneficial for those recovering from injuries, managing chronic pain, or seeking to complement more intensive training regimens. What You Need to Know

Classes begin with breath work and gentle activation of the core stabilizers. The main workout features a balanced sequence of exercises targeting all muscle groups with emphasis on proper form and controlled movement. Each session incorporates both mat work and equipment like resistance rings, balls, and bands.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes that allow full range of motion. Bring a water bottle and small towel. Mats and all equipment are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own mat if preferred.

Classes run Monday through Friday at 7:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 5:30 PM. Weekend sessions are available at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Special Prenatal Pilates classes are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 AM.
