Our ZenStretch classes blend elements of yoga, mobility training, and fascial stretch therapy to create a comprehensive approach to flexibility and movement quality. What You Need to Know

Classes begin with gentle movement and breath work to prepare the body. The main session includes a series of dynamic and static stretches targeting major muscle groups and fascia, with emphasis on proper alignment and mindful movement. Each class concludes with guided relaxation to integrate the benefits.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow full range of motion. Bring a water bottle and small towel. Mats and props (blocks, straps, bolsters) are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own if preferred.

Classes run Monday through Friday at 6:30 AM, 12:15 PM, and 7:30 PM. Weekend sessions are available at 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Special Recovery ZenStretch sessions for athletes are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00 PM.
