Class Description
Our Weightlifting Workout class combines traditional strength training with modern techniques to help you build muscle, increase power, and improve overall fitness. Whether you're new to weightlifting or an experienced lifter, our expert coaches will guide you through proper form and technique while challenging you to reach your potential.
Each session includes a variety of compound movements and isolation exercises using free weights, machines, and bodyweight. You'll learn progressive overload principles and how to structure effective workouts for your specific goals. Our supportive environment welcomes all fitness levels, with modifications available for beginners and advanced options for experienced lifters.

What You Need to Know

Our weightlifting class begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints. The main session focuses on compound lifts and targeted exercises with proper form guidance. We finish with a cool-down to aid recovery and prevent soreness.

Please wear comfortable athletic clothes and supportive shoes. Bring a water bottle, small towel, and lifting gloves if you prefer. All weights and equipment are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own lifting belt.

This class runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 7:00 PM. Weekend sessions are available at 10:00 AM. Each class is limited to 12 participants to ensure personalized attention.
