Our Pole Dance & Flow classes blend athletic conditioning with artistic expression to create a unique fitness experience that empowers participants of all backgrounds. This dynamic form of movement builds exceptional strength, particularly in the upper body and core, while developing flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. Each class is designed to be inclusive and supportive, welcoming all genders, body types, and fitness levels. Beginners start with fundamental techniques and conditioning, while more advanced students progress to complex combinations, spins, and inversions. Our skilled instructors emphasize proper technique and safety at every level. What You Need to Know

Classes begin with a thorough warm-up focusing on wrists, shoulders, and core. You'll then learn fundamental pole techniques, transitions, and combinations appropriate for your level. Each session includes conditioning exercises to build the specific strength needed for pole work, and ends with a cool-down stretch.

Wear shorts and a tank top or sports bra to allow skin contact with the pole. Avoid lotions or oils before class. Bring a water bottle and small towel. Pole grip aids are available for purchase, but not required for beginners.

Beginner classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 6:00 PM. Intermediate sessions are Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 PM. Advanced classes are by invitation on Friday evenings. All classes are limited to 10 participants to ensure safety and individual attention.
